Ants
Pavement, odorous house and Pharaoh ants: small, organized, and following scent trails straight to your food.

Where they come from
Pavement ants came from Europe on ships. Odorous house ants are native. Pharaoh ants are from Asia.
Where they thrive
Under sidewalks and slabs, in wall voids, near kitchens, sugar, grease and water.
How they behave
Scouts lay scent trails for the colony. Spraying Pharaoh ants makes the colony split in several.
